中文赛亮点
Highlight I: The Hague
取得ICC中文赛预赛前三名而出现的队伍将有机会赴荷兰海牙参加中文赛的决赛。这三所学校的学生和教练将会被邀请参观包括ICC和ICJ在内的在海牙的各国际法庭。
Top three teams in the ICC Chinese Moot preliminary round will have the privileged opportunity to participate in the ICC Chinese Moot final round in The Hague, Netherlands. Students and coaches will also be invited to tour international tribunals and institutions in the Hague, including ICC and ICJ.
Highlight II: Training
赛事组织者CIICJ将会连同ICC一起向参赛学生和教练提供赛事有关的培训。
Organizer CIICJ, together with the ICC, will provide some training to participating students and coaches.
Highlight III: ICC Courtroom
中文赛的决赛将在国际刑事法院的法庭里面进行比赛。
The ICC Chinese Moot final round will be held in the courtroom of the International Criminal Court.
Highlight IV: ICC Judges and Staff
ICC中文赛决赛的法官将由国际法院的法官和工作人员担任。
Judges and legal staff of international courts will be judges of the ICC Chinese Moot final round.
Highlight V: Speak Chinese in the world!
ICC中文赛是在众多的国际法模拟法庭比赛中唯一一个能够使用中文并且在大中华区以外进行比赛的模拟法庭。
ICC Chinese Moot will be the only moot competition that not only uses Chinese but also holds competitions outside the Greater China area.
